  1. Very NIce. Would like to see how it goes with some of the business software like Word, Excel, PDFs etc as all the demo’s I can find on the transformers all relate to “gaming”. I figure it would handle business apps as I have an android phone and I can view most types of documents, however the screen is just too small on a phone to do anything meaningful, business wise.

I’m also guessing you can use the USB connection to plug in a portable HDD so storage space is not a problem.

Another question is how does it go with tethering? Will we be able to download the icecream sandwich OS via a tethering scenario?

When it’s all said and done, I like it, I want it.

    • The key thing with that will be the business apps. I’m sure there are a couple of good Android based Office style apps. If it runs on a phone it want have any issues running on the ASUS Transformer Prime.

With external hard drives, I’ve been getting mixed reports I’ll have to dig around further and get confirmation on if it works. It if does it will be limited to particular drive formats but I can get all that information for you. Tethering is where you use the internet via the 3G of the Tablet to connect other devices to the internet so probably not, I don’t know if ASUS will release a over the wireless update to ICS for the device. I’d say because it is such a major update that it will need to be plugged into a PC to complete that update. Smaller updates will certainly be able to be completed over the wireless.
