Is this the Samsung Google Nexus Prime?

Is this the Samsung/Google Nexus Prime featuring Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) we’ve all been looking forward to? Maybe, what we do know is that Google and Samsung have postponed their official launch of…. well something, whether that is out respect for Steve Jobs or that the device they are announcing isn’t quite ready yet we’re not entirely sure about, but we’d like to think its the former not the later. Anyway here is the video, you can make up your own mind if this is the Nexus Prime.
